I am facing a serious issue with the Dmwin platform regarding a withdrawal of ₹70,000 that has been pending for approximately 10 days. I submitted this withdrawal request in April, but even after this extended period, the amount has still not been credited to my account and is not visible in my bank account or available balance.
I have already contacted Dmwin customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any clear or satisfactory response. The withdrawal continues to show as pending, with no definite timeline or proper explanation provided.
This situation has caused me significant stress, as a large amount of money is stuck without resolution. I request that the ₹70,000 (approximately $840) be credited to my account immediately, or that the full amount be returned to me without any deductions. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and a prompt, final resolution to this matter.
