DistroKid Failed to Release My Song on Schedule

I purchased a one-year subscription for five artists from DistroKid in April 2025. During this period, I successfully released songs for three artists without any problems. About 15 days ago, I wanted to upload a new song. The system initially accepted the upload, but when the scheduled release date arrived, the song was not released to the platforms, and I was asked to add my card again.

I added my credit card, and $5 was charged during this process. I then postponed the song's release date, but the song was not released on the new date either. Every time I log into the site, I am asked to add my card again, and $1 is charged each time I do so. Over the past 15 days, I have been charged $1 four times. Only two of these charges were refunded, while the other two $1 charges, along with the $5 charge, have still not been refunded. I cannot accept being repeatedly asked to add my card when I already have a one-year subscription, nor can I accept DistroKid failing to release my songs.

I contacted DistroKid's support section for assistance, but I am only presented with AI-guided responses and cannot reach a real person who I can clearly explain my situation to. My problems have not been resolved, my songs have not been released, and because I have been unable to release work I professionally produced on schedule, I have been put in a difficult position both professionally and in terms of my reputation.

My main expectation is for DistroKid to properly fulfill its service, release my songs as soon as possible, and fix these recurring card verification issues. Of course, receiving refunds for the charges is also important, but my main grievance is that I have been unable to release music that I professionally produced. My account is registered under the email address gök********@hotmail.com, and I request that my issue be urgently investigated and resolved.
