Today my Discord account (xlarx) was hit with a 24-hour messaging ban for “community guidelines violations,” yet I was given no reason, no evidence, and no details. As a result, I can’t send DMs, post in any servers, or use normal features with friends. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered an issue like this. I don’t purchase add-ons or subscriptions, and I use the Windows desktop app. I already submitted a ticket to Discord Support, but I have not received any response.
I take platform rules seriously and want to know exactly what triggered this action. A blanket restriction without context is frustrating and unfair, especially when it blocks basic access and labels me a violator without proof.
What I’m asking Discord to do now:
Lift the 1-day ban immediately or provide a clear, specific justification.
Share the moderation logs/evidence related to this action.
Restore my ability to message, join conversations, and use account features.
