Ritim Delta Clinic Root Canal Treatment Fails and Tooth Must Be Extracted

1

On Monday, I had root canal treatment performed on two of my teeth at Ritim Delta Clinic, and I paid a total of $264 for the procedures. However, after the treatment, the pain in one of my teeth did not improve at all. On the contrary, the pain continued to get worse.

Because the pain persisted, I went to a public hospital for further evaluation. Two different doctors who examined me there stated that the root canal treatment performed on the affected tooth had not been done properly and that the pain would not go away as a result. They told me that the tooth would ultimately need to be extracted. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to have the tooth extracted, meaning that the root canal treatment I had paid for was completely unsuccessful and ultimately wasted.

I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for the root canal treatment that was not properly performed at Ritim Delta Clinic. I expect the clinic to take responsibility for the unsuccessful treatment and refund the full amount I paid.
