CVMaker Unauthorized Recurring Charge After One-Time CV Purchase

I am writing to request a full refund of the 24.95 USD charged to my card on October 1, 2026 at 04:40 AM for an online purchase from CVMaker.com/ar (reference no. 9908326). I live in Saudi Arabia and used my Saudi bank card for this transaction. My CVMaker account is registered with the email address yazanm***[email protected]. When I first signed up and made my initial purchase around September 10, my clear intention was to make a single, one‑time payment only to download my CV. At no point was it made clear to me that I was entering into a recurring or monthly subscription, and I did not knowingly give my consent to any such subscription or repeated charges. The charge of 24.95 USD on October 1, 2026 therefore came as an unexpected and unauthorized recurring payment from my point of view. I consider this amount to have been taken without my informed consent. I kindly request that you immediately cancel any active subscription associated with my account and confirm that no further amounts will be charged. In addition, I request a full refund of the 24.95 USD charged on October 1, 2026 to my card as soon as possible.
