Unfair Matchmaking in Critical Ops Ruined the Game

I just played a match in Critical Ops, and the team balancing was completely unfair. The enemy team had one Diamond and four Platinum players, while my team had three Gold, one Platinum, and one unranked player. Unsurprisingly, we lost badly.

I have invested so much time and money into this game, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see it go to waste due to poor matchmaking. I’m not upset just because I lost—I’m upset because my efforts feel meaningless.

I have now decided to delete the game permanently and will never reinstall it. I know many other players have also quit for the same reason. Critical Ops developers, fix your matchmaking before more players leave!
