I received a Columbia Texas Longhorn logo shirt as a gift that was purchased online from the Texas Coop in Austin, Texas. After about ten months of normal use, half of the Longhorn logo peeled off following a wash, even though I always wash the shirt in cold water and hang it to dry. I contacted customer service and explained that I do not have the receipt because the shirt was a gift, and therefore I cannot provide proof of purchase. For this reason, my issue could not be resolved. However, considering the brand and the price range, I do not find it acceptable that the logo on an officially licensed Columbia product peels off like this under proper care. I kindly request that this situation be reviewed and that I be offered an appropriate solution, such as a replacement shirt or another form of compensation. I am sharing this complaint so that the durability and quality of products with the Texas Longhorn logo are taken more seriously and similar problems are prevented in the future.
