Columbia T-Shirt Started Pilling After Just One Day of Wear

I purchased a T-shirt from Columbia’s Colombia flagship store and only wore it for one day. The fabric immediately started pilling, the threads came loose, and the ironing lines from the factory were still visible on the shirt. Having the product deteriorate this quickly is completely unacceptable for the quality I would expect from Columbia.

I sent the product in for inspection approximately one week ago, but today it was returned to me without any action being taken. My request was rejected on the grounds that it was “user error” and that there was no manufacturing defect. Both the fact that the product deteriorated after such a short period of use and the outcome of the inspection have left me seriously dissatisfied.

For this reason, I request that the T-shirt be replaced or that I receive a full refund. I expect Columbia Turkey to take the inconvenience I have experienced seriously and provide an appropriate resolution.
