If CoinEx closed your account after a KYC update, you can start the unfreezing procedure through their self-service portal.

Log in to coinex.com, click "Unfreeze Now," and follow the directions.

You must submit a selfie with your original ID and a handwritten message that reads "Apply to Unfreeze CoinEx Account" and includes the current date.

If your account was closed because to KYC policy violations, such as living in banned regions (e.g., the United States, China, or Alberta), CoinEx may not allow you to reactivate it.

You can still seek a withdrawal of your remaining crypto balance by opening a support ticket and providing thorough information about your account and assets.
