If your TRX transfer from Coinbase Wallet has not arrived at the recipient's address, first check the transaction status.
Open the Coinbase Wallet app, find the transfer in your transaction history, and copy the transaction ID (TxID). Use a blockchain explorer, such as Tronscan (https://tronscan.org), to monitor the transaction.
If a transaction is marked as "unconfirmed" or "pending," it is still being processed on the blockchain.
Check that the recipient address is accurate and supports TRX. If the address is associated with an exchange, determine whether the platform requires a unique memo/tag with the transfer.
Memos that are missing or erroneous can cause deposits to be delayed or prevented. For assistance, contact the receiving platform's support team and provide the TxID and other transaction data.
If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not credited to the recipient, the fault is most likely with the receiving platform.
Provide them with the necessary information for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, if the address was inaccurate or unsupported, funds recovery may not be possible.
Always double-check details before sending cryptocurrency.
