Telegram Casino Adacasino Takes Deposits but Never Pays

I discovered a website called Adacasino through Telegram, and one day ago I signed up and deposited $345. After making the deposit, I earned winnings on the site, but as soon as I tried to withdraw my money, they started creating problems with the payment process and refused to pay out my winnings. No official information such as a license, permit, company details, or any other legal documentation was shared about this site. There is also no live support or reliable communication channel available, and the website is currently no longer accessible.

I tried contacting them via email and similar methods, but I did not receive any response. When I reached out through Telegram, I also received no reply from the moderators, even though they continue to advertise actively on Telegram. I can see that there are previous complaints about the same site on complaint platforms, showing that other people were scammed using the same method. Despite this, the site remaining active and continuing to advertise has both harmed and alarmed me.

I request that the necessary investigation be conducted regarding the $345 I deposited and was unable to withdraw through this site, that my financial loss be compensated, and that appropriate action be taken against such deceptive activities.
