I had been using the Clear Men menthol shampoo for a long time without any issues. However, ever since I started using the new bottle I bought from BİM about 15 days ago, I have experienced a significant increase in hair loss and dandruff, and the appearance of my hair has noticeably worsened. The shampoo’s texture seemed more watery than the ones I used before, but I did not notice any other differences. I never had any problems with this product until now.
I have not contacted customer service yet, nor have I tried a different product. I would like to know what kind of solution will be offered if my hair loss continues. I request an explanation regarding the product’s authenticity and formulation, and, if necessary, that my grievance be addressed.
