Clash Royale Account Stuck on Old Supercell ID — How to Contact Support for Fix
My Clash Royale account is currently linked to a Supercell ID (danielglover2008.sfirstmail.com) that was created without my permission. I want to connect this account to my new Supercell ID: t******@gmail.com**.
I experienced a similar issue with my Brawl Stars account, but in that case, I was able to successfully transfer my account to my new Supercell ID. However, when I try to change the linked email for my Clash Royale account, the system asks whether I have access to the existing email. When I select “No,” I’m told to contact support — but the in-app support option doesn’t open.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for the past 2–3 days. I also tried reaching Supercell’s support channels through Google, but I couldn’t find any working contact method. There were no payment transactions or special protection programs associated with my account. I am currently experiencing this issue on my iPhone device.
I am requesting assistance so that my Clash Royale account can be linked to my new Supercell ID.
