My Clash of Clans Account Locked After Seeking Help

I tried to recover my stolen Clash of Clans account by contacting support from another account. They informed me that the account I was trying to recover had security issues and offered to help fix them. I agreed, but then they locked my account and started asking me a series of confusing questions. Despite answering most of them correctly, they responded with "we’re sorry" and haven’t replied to my messages for three days.
