Clash of Clans Village Stolen After Google Account Was Hacked

My Clash of Clans village, named “son odun bükücü” and associated with player tag #YPRU9QCL, was stolen through the Google Play account linked to it on Tuesday, July 28, between approximately 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The email address associated with my village, “e************@gmail.com,” was compromised in a cyberattack. The individuals who took control of the account changed my age information in the email account, enabled Family Link parental restrictions, and completely locked me out of my account.

These individuals contacted me via WhatsApp from the number 0501********48 and are demanding a $61 ransom in exchange for returning my village. Because my email address was stolen, I currently have no way to access my Clash of Clans account or village.

I have filed a criminal complaint with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor regarding the incident. Google's cybersecurity team has also started an investigation to help recover my email account. However, when I tried to get support through the game, I was only directed to automated bot responses and was unable to reach a real customer support representative.

To protect my village and resolve the harm I have suffered, I urgently request that the relevant account be locked and that a manual investigation be initiated to verify my ownership and return my village to me. I have all the necessary device history and banking information available and can provide them for your investigation upon request.
