Clash of Clans Account Hacked & Permanently Banned – No Help From Supercell
Due to a virus on my computer, a hacker changed my email, recovery codes, and phone number linked to my Clash of Clans account. Despite contacting Supercell support multiple times, they keep saying, "We can’t do anything without your recovery codes." I understand that recovery codes are used for verification, but in cases of hacking and unauthorized changes, there should be alternative security measures available.
To make things worse, my account was permanently banned for account sharing, which was completely out of my control. If Supercell had checked device history, login locations, or other verification methods, this wouldn’t have happened. How can a stolen account be punished instead of recovered?
Supercell’s lack of concern for hacked accounts is unbelievable. I expect a fair resolution—bring back my account and improve security measures so others don’t suffer the same fate!
