If Chamspy auto-enrolled you in a plan you never agreed to;
• Contact Chamspy support immediately via email or their official website support form and state that you were enrolled without consent
• Provide your account email/username, plan name, enrollment date, charge amount, and screenshots or bank statement showing the charge
Ask them to;
• Explain how and when the plan was activated
• Cancel the subscription immediately and disable auto-renewal
• Refund the unauthorized charge and confirm no future billing
If the problem persists;
• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment records and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund and stop further unauthorized billing
