NSDL Payments Bank Account Blocked Without Notice

I have a savings account with NSDL Payments Bank, which is also used as my salary account, and it was suddenly blocked today without any information or explanation. My home branch is in Mumbai, but I am currently in Chennai, and I am unable to access my account at all. I tried to reach NSDL Payments Bank customer care several times, but my calls are not being answered and I have not received any support. Although the current balance is only Rs. 153, this is my salary account and blocking it without notice has caused me serious inconvenience and worry, especially as I am away from my home branch. I request NSDL Payments Bank to urgently unblock my savings account and restore my access, or at least provide a clear and detailed explanation for the blocking and a proper solution so that I can continue using my salary account without interruption.
