CapCut Pro Subscription Issues: Unable to Access Templates Despite Multiple Purchases
I downloaded and reinstalled CapCut multiple times, yet the "Templates" section is still missing from the homepage. I even purchased a Pro account twice, hoping it would resolve the issue, but I still cannot find any templates. I have tried every possible method to fix this, but nothing has worked.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I paid for the Pro subscription twice. I expect CapCut to address this issue immediately and ensure I have access to all the features I paid for. Please resolve this problem and provide a prompt update, as this lack of functionality is unacceptable.
