CandyJar Wrongful Billing Even After Unsubscribing

I joined Candyjar TV for only one day, but I cancelled my subscription about two months ago. Despite this, I am still being billed R1400 every month as if my subscription were active, even though I no longer use the service. I have not received any response or assistance from Candyjar TV regarding these incorrect charges. I find it unacceptable that I am being charged after cancelling. I request that Candyjar TV immediately stop all further billing on my account and ensure that my subscription is fully cancelled in their system so that no additional amounts are deducted from me.
