Candy Crush Saga Chocolate Box Issue - Missing Rewards and Ads

I've successfully completed 13 levels in the Chocolate Box of Candy Crush Saga. I was expecting a reward on the 12th level, but unfortunately, it got stuck at level 4, preventing me from claiming it. In addition, I am unable to see the option to watch advertisements in exchange for rewards. I uninstalled the game and then downloaded it again from Facebook. I'm picking up where I left off, but unfortunately, I've lost my progress and bonuses.
