Camper Wrong Product And Lack Of Customer Service

I placed an order consisting of three items on Camper’s website on 16.03.2026. One of the items I ordered was a brown boot with the code Onda k400758-005 in size 41, and my order number is 4008001229. For this order, I paid a total of 190 euros, with a 10% Camper membership discount applied. On 23.03.2026, while I was waiting for my full order, I received only one shipment. Inside the parcel, there was a size 43 men’s shoe resembling Converse, which has absolutely nothing to do with the boot I ordered, and the other two items in my order have still not been delivered. After noticing this mistake, I submitted a complaint through Camper’s website, but I have not received any response. I also called customer service multiple times, yet no one answered the phone. Since the website states that returns can be made in-store, I went to the Camper store at Terracity in Antalya, but the staff there informed me that they are a franchise and therefore cannot accept returns, so they did not help me either. Initially, I only wanted the correct product to be sent to me. However, due to the lack of communication and the indifference I have experienced, I now request that my entire order be cancelled, that the wrongly delivered item be taken back, and that the full amount I paid, 190 euros, be refunded to me quickly and without any deductions. Since I realized that the product was incorrect only after accepting the delivery, I was not able to have a damage or discrepancy report prepared with the courier at the time of delivery. Despite this, I expect Camper to correct their mistake and resolve this issue as soon as possible, without causing me any further inconvenience or financial loss.
