Camper Denied Defect in Shoes Despite Visible Damage

I purchased shoes from Camper, but when I reported the issue, they responded saying there was no manufacturing defect. They claimed the problem was due to the shoes “taking the shape of the foot,” which is an absurd explanation. If there is no defect, how can these shoes fall apart so easily? If Camper does not respond to my complaint and provide a resolution, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other necessary authorities. Such a response is unacceptable from a brand like Camper. I expect immediate action to address this issue and either repair or replace the defective shoes.
