Camfrog Refuses to Help Me Recover My Hacked Account Despite Proof

I’m writing this because I’ve been completely let down by Camfrog's support team regarding my stolen account. My account was hacked, and even though I’ve reached out multiple times and provided clear evidence that I’m the rightful owner, they continue to ignore my pleas and block my attempts to resolve the issue. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a platform that claims to prioritize user safety and privacy.
All I’m asking is for my username to be returned to me. That account holds years of history and personal connections. Yet instead of helping, Camfrog support keeps shutting me down with generic, unhelpful responses—if they respond at all.
If this situation isn’t fixed immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and file formal complaints. This is a matter of digital security and accountability. I urge Camfrog to take my case seriously and restore my account before this becomes a bigger issue.
