Rude Management Experienced While Dining in At Burger King
On Sunday, July 19th at around 4:00 p.m., I visited the Burger King location in Anniston, Alabama, and witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior from the manager on duty, whose name tag said “Lisa.” While I was there, she loudly called out to a young female employee and told her to “get your shit together,” criticizing her for not knowing how to do her job. This was said in front of customers, in a very rude and harsh tone. To me, it was not only what she said, but the way she said it that was completely uncalled for. I felt so uncomfortable and upset by how she spoke to the employee that I spoke up and told her it was inappropriate. Instead of correcting herself, she raised her voice at me as well. As a customer, I should not have to listen to a manager cussing and yelling in the restaurant, especially in front of staff and guests. I am requesting that Burger King take disciplinary action against this manager and at least open an internal investigation to monitor her behavior closely. In my opinion, her attitude and language are unacceptable for someone in a management position, and I believe this situation needs to be addressed seriously. I am sharing this so that other employees and customers do not have to experience this kind of treatment in the future.
