Burger King DD Mall Gwalior Staff Abused and Insulted Customer

I am an advocate residing in Gwalior and I visited the Burger King outlet in DD Mall on 10/08/2026. During my visit, a staff member named D*** behaved with serious misconduct towards me. Without any justification, he started using abusive language and misbehaved. He told me in offensive words that he is not my father’s servant and used insulting and disrespectful language in front of others. This behaviour was deeply humiliating and completely unacceptable from a staff member representing an international food chain like Burger King. I request that strict action be taken against the employee named D*** at the Burger King DD Mall, Gwalior outlet for his misconduct and abusive behaviour, and that I be informed of the action taken so that such incidents do not happen again with any other customer.
