Brawl Stars Verification Code Keeps Failing on New Device

I'm writing this complaint because of an account access issue I've been having with Supercell's Brawl Stars game. My account is currently active on my Redmi 8 device, but when I try to open the same account on my Redmi Note 11s, I keep receiving the same verification code over and over, and it keeps giving an error. Because of this, I haven't been able to log into my account from my new device for about 3-4 days now. Even though I reported this through in-game support, I haven't received a clear, helpful response, and honestly, I don't feel like my issue has been given enough attention. I also reached out to Supercell by email today, but I still haven't gotten a reply. My only expectation is that a properly working verification code be sent so I can log into my account smoothly from my new device, and that this access issue be resolved quickly.
