Brawl Stars Players Lose Matches to Tecno Spark 20 Pro Connection Bug
I've been experiencing a serious internet connectivity issue with my Tecno Spark 20 Pro phone for about a week now. I paid a significant amount, around $464, for this phone, yet despite having internet access, the connection keeps dropping on its own, especially while playing Brawl Stars and using other apps. This keeps causing me to lose unfairly in-game and put me at a disadvantage. The problem has gotten so frustrating that I've reached the point of wanting to throw the phone away. I use a Türk Telekom line, and while every other device in my home continues to have a stable internet connection at the same time, only this phone keeps dropping. So the problem doesn't seem to be coming from my line or modem — it appears to be coming directly from the Tecno Spark 20 Pro device itself. I haven't yet reached out to a technical service center, the place I bought it from, or Tecno customer service. I want Tecno to urgently come up with a solution for this, and if necessary, release a software update for all units of this model to fix the internet dropout issue. Having the internet constantly cut out, both during gaming and everyday use, isn't acceptable. I'm requesting that this situation be resolved and that my device be made fully usable without these issues.
