Account Recovery Request for My Brawl Stars
After receiving multiple emails and requests through the game, the company, which claims to be highly responsive, finally responded to me. Here is the response they sent, as shown in the screenshot. They are incredibly prompt in their responses. It only took them two days to reply to my emails, and I finally received this email. Even though I clearly stated that my account was hacked and I had a valid claim, the company failed to provide me with any assistance. The solution mentioned in the email was not provided, and the suggested alternative was only related to purchasing. The AI in the game was of no help, and the email support was extremely unhelpful. Wow, your company really knows how to prioritize other things over attention to detail. Impressive.
