When the Bosch service technician came to install my new appliances, they discovered that the interior glass of both my range hood and microwave was cracked. The technician told me to contact the retailer I purchased from. I did, and after the retailer spoke with the regional manager, I was told they could only cover half the repair cost. I've been a loyal Bosch customer for years. Why would I damage my own newly purchased products? This decision makes it seem like they think I'm responsible for the damage. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. I'm hoping we can find a solution without having to take legal action.

Contact was made, but the solution offered is the same. Why should I pay to repair a product that I received as defective?
