Missing Connection Part Leaves Newly Purchased Bosch Range Hood Unusable

On 5 August, I purchased a Bosch DWK66PJ60T range hood from Üçyol Revna Bosch. During installation, the paddle box/connection part was missing and there was an installation issue related to this part. Because the correct compatible piece was not supplied and the installation could not be completed properly, I am currently unable to use the product as intended. This situation is very disappointing for a newly purchased product. I request that Bosch urgently provide the correct, fully compatible paddle box/connection part for my DWK66PJ60T range hood and complete the installation properly at my address, without expecting me to modify or adapt anything on my own. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the product to be delivered in a fully usable condition.
