Bosch Dishwasher, Washer and Fridge Order Not Delivered
On 28.10.2025 I purchased three Bosch products from Bosch Irmak Ticaret Ruhi Irmak in İzmir/Ödemiş: a Solo Dishwasher SMS26DW00T, a Fully Automatic Washing Machine WGK242Z0TR and a Solo Refrigerator KDN55XWE0N, for a total price of ₺90,000, which I fully paid on the purchase date. Although my payment has been taken, my products have still not been delivered. The dealer keeps giving me different delivery dates each time and these dates are not kept, and they do not clearly explain why the products are not delivered. When I first called Bosch, I was told that they would take care of the matter. However, when they called me back later, they said that they had terminated the dealership and that they could not do anything. I do not know or choose the dealer personally; I preferred that store because it was under the Bosch name and I trusted the Bosch brand. I also have invoices and written WhatsApp correspondence with the dealer that clearly show my payment and that the products have not been delivered despite all my attempts. My wedding is at the end of this month and my home is without these essential white goods, which puts me in a very difficult situation. I urgently request that my products be delivered immediately before my wedding date. If the dealer is not going to deliver my products, I demand an immediate refund of the ₺90,000 I have paid and I expect Bosch, whose brand name I trusted, to urgently produce a solution.
