Bosch XXL Fridge Heats Up Food (Mold Growth)

I purchased a Bosch XXL refrigerator, but to my dismay, it seems to be emitting heat instead of providing the expected cooling. This unfortunate situation has resulted in the growth of mold on my food. I reached out to the service center, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. The authorized Bosch dealer seems uninterested and unwilling to replace my fridge. It has been several months and still no solution has been found. I have sought help from Consumer Rights for assistance. I kindly request Bosch to promptly resolve the matter and provide a replacement for my refrigerator.
