Bosch Washing Machine’s Screen Fails Repeatedly and the Service Offers No Solution

Last year, I bought the latest Bosch washing machine with a digital display. Two weeks later, we started having issues with the screen. For a week, the screen didn’t work. The first service team that came reported that the screen wasn’t working and that they couldn’t find a solution. They took some photos and videos and said another team would come to check it out, then left. The day before the other team was supposed to come, the screen suddenly fixed itself, and when the new team arrived, they said, “There’s nothing we can do, the screen is working,” and left without conducting any analysis or taking any action. I mean, shouldn’t they at least check to see what caused the problem? What could be wrong with a two-week-old machine? Clearly, there’s an issue, right? It didn’t just happen on its own. A year has passed, and the screen keeps going out and coming back randomly. Now, the same problem has occurred again, and the screen hasn’t worked for 24 hours. What I don’t understand is why they act like this screen going on and off is normal. They don’t even check properly. When the screen is working, they say, “Okay, then, the problem fixed itself,” and leave. Is there anything more ridiculous than this? Bosch might be a good brand, but their service is terrible. I even wrote to CİMER, but it was useless; no one called or even asked about it. I paid so much money, thinking it was the latest technology, and they just sold it to us under the guise of being "smart." They didn’t even bother to help us with the smallest issue. I don’t forgive them for a single penny I spent. Absolutely do not buy it, you’ll regret it.
