Bosch Service Didn’t Install My New Machine Due to Unrelated Pipe on Another Counter


I recently had a disappointing experience with Bosch's authorized service. The technician arrived to install a new machine as a replacement for our current one, but unfortunately, the installation was not finished. The technician declined to install the machine because there is a pipe on a separate countertop, which is quite far from the actual installation location of the machine. The technician left the job incomplete, citing an unrelated pipe as the reason. I had high expectations for the service I received, but unfortunately, I ended up with an uninstalled machine and a great deal of frustration. Bosch needs to improve the training of their service teams to handle situations like this, as the current level of service is entirely unacceptable.
