Bosch Series 4 WGA242X3TR Leaves Laundry Stained Despite Service Visits

I purchased a Bosch Series 4 WGA242X3TR washing machine from Hepsiburada, and it was installed in Sancaktepe, Istanbul on 08.05.2026. From the first uses, the machine has not been washing the laundry clean, and instead of removing stains, it seems to fix the stains on the fabric. I carefully select the programs in accordance with the user manual, yet the laundry still comes out dirty and stained. Because of this issue, I contacted the service within the first month and had to request support twice. They stated that they do not keep such a record, did not reflect my refund request on any official form, and even said that such a form does not exist. I opened a new service record on 25.05.2026 and was informed that the service will visit again on 02.06.2026 between 12:00 and 14:00. Despite all these attempts, the problem with the washing performance of the machine continues, and I am unable to use the product efficiently. I request that my complaint be taken seriously, that the ongoing washing problem with the Bosch Series 4 WGA242X3TR machine be resolved, and that my refund request be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible. I also want this complaint to be published on this platform so that other consumers can be informed.

There has still been no response from the company.
