Bosch Rejects Returns While Misrepresenting the Product

We bought Bosch unlimited 10 from the November sale. We put the product on charge and when we opened it the next day, we saw that the product did not work for the specified periods. We applied to the store for a return within the legal period (15 days), but the return was not accepted. The service was constantly directed. When the service first came, they said it was normal. When the second came, they said the battery was not charged (it was at 81%) and they said we would come again in 1 hour. When they came after 1 hour, the product was 81%. They said let's come again, let it be fully charged. When they came 4 hours later, it was the same. They came a day later and it still was not charged. In fact, it remained at 75%. The customer representative insisted that there was no problem, stalled for 1.5 months and caused the time to expire. Now I am adding a video of the product that has been charging for two days. Normally, turbo mode is 15 minutes, but it could be 13. But the product they said was problem-free does not charge and the times are as on the screen. Bosch officials should see how customer grievances are created. The target of losing my money instead of losing a customer has reversed. An example of a study called "This product is not working properly and the customer is victimized". I do not recommend it to anyone.
