Bosch Installation Crew Refused to Assemble After I Rejected Use of My Private Information
purchased a Bosch air conditioner, and unfortunately, with the service provided by the Bosch service team they have no luck.... During the installation process, I was asked whether I preferred my information to be processed internationally or not. As I chose not to have my information processed abroad, the service team refused to proceed with the installation, what is this? how can they just force me so?? Now, I have a Bosch air conditioner sitting in my home and am being forced to return it to Hepsiburada. This entire experience has been highly inconvenient, and find it disheartening that a reputable company like Bosch is unable to provide essential service based on a customer's privacy preference.

If you do not approve the transfer of your information abroad, you can never receive service. Since Bosch Turkey did not provide this information before the sale, I experienced a significant loss of time. I hereby declare that I will not choose the Bosch brand again. They also have no solution proposals. I will investigate whether not providing warranty and service for your invoiced product is in accordance with the Consumer Law.
