Bosch Dishwasher Ruins and Turns Glass Cups Into Garbage

Service came 3 times for my dishwasher problem. No solution was found in any of them. Ridiculous reasons were offered and I lingered for months. Meanwhile, my glass products were worn out (by the machine) to such an extent that they could not be used. I have financial loss. Incoming services raise and lower my polishing salt setting one by one. They say the machine is clean. Why are my right glass products unusable right now? They left glass cups for me to try, same problem happened to him. So my products are not problematic. All of them are IKEA and Paşabahçe products and it hasn't been a year since. I had to throw away all of my glass products, I can't throw my new ones into the machine because I'm afraid of the same (I tried 1 of them and it looks unusably dirty). The customer representative calls the service, the service comes, the polisher salt adjustment is done and leaves. We are in such a vicious circle. In short, I will now seek my rights in court. I will bring an outside service and bring it to court with that document when it finds the problem. This company did its best not to repair my machine under warranty. I am really tired. I wash the dishes by hand when there is a machine at home. I seriously say that no one should make the mistake of buying this brand. Service quality is extremely low.
