Bosch Series 4 Washing Machine Door Lock Problem Not Repaired Under Warranty

The door lock mechanism of my Bosch Series 4 washing machine broke about a week ago. Every time I try to use the machine, I encounter this problem and cannot operate it at all. I live in Gaziantep Şahinbey, and although my device is still under warranty, the Bosch authorized service claimed it was user error and demanded a fee of ₺2000. Despite contacting customer service multiple times during this process, no solution has been provided. I request that my washing machine be repaired free of charge under warranty and that the necessary part replacement be carried out.
