Bitget Blocks My Password Reset With an Unexplained "Risk" Warning

I haven't been able to log into my Bitget account since yesterday. Since I forgot my password, I've been following the password reset steps; even though I correctly enter the verification code sent to my Gmail address, the system shows a warning saying "risk," and the process never completes.
Because of this, I can't access my account and can't even see how much balance is in it. I also couldn't find a solution or get through via Bitget's live support or email channels.
I am requesting that my account be reviewed and access restored, that the password reset process be completed without issues, and that I be given an explanation as to why this "risk" warning is appearing.
