I am writing to report an issue with my Bitexen account, where my entire meme coin balance has disappeared without any transaction on my part. I did not perform any buy, sell, or transfer actions, yet my balance now shows as zero. I only held meme coins in my account—there were no other assets. I cannot recall the exact date this occurred, but I recently noticed that my meme coin holdings are no longer visible in my account.
I have not received any alerts, confirmation emails, or notifications indicating a transaction or issue with my account. My login credentials have not been compromised to my knowledge, and I never initiated any coin movement.
