I have a problem with two deposit transactions I made to my Bitexen Türkiye account, which have been waiting in processing status for a long time despite all my attempts. Approximately four months ago, on 04.10.2025, I deposited ₺509 to my Bitexen account from my DenizBank account. This transaction still appears as “processing” and has not been credited or refunded. Four days ago, on 25.01.2026, I decided to give Bitexen another chance and deposited ₺215 more to my Bitexen account via N Kolay, using the crypto payments section where Bitexen is registered, and the amount was transferred automatically to my linked Bitexen account. However, this transaction also still appears as “processing”. All my identity verifications and required procedures on Bitexen have been completed fully and correctly. I have the receipts for all my transactions. My Bitexen account is registered with the e-mail address 1998seyday***@gmail.com. Despite this, my balance has not been updated and my deposits are not reflected in my account. Until today, I have tried many times to reach Bitexen both by phone and e‑mail. I always received the same standard responses and was not given any clear information about the cause of the problem or any explanation about the status of my transactions. Although I was told that I would be contacted back, I have never received any feedback. Due to this situation, I no longer want to wait. I request that both the ₺509 I sent via DenizBank on 04.10.2025 and the ₺215 I sent via N Kolay on 25.01.2026 be refunded to my bank accounts registered in my Bitexen account and that these pending transactions be canceled. I kindly ask for my issue to be urgently examined and resolved and for me to be informed in a clear manner.
