Bitexen Account Login Error

I'm having trouble accessing my Bitexen app. Whenever I attempt to do it, I keep getting the frustrating message 'An error occurred'. I haven't had the opportunity to review my account for several months. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, including deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my password, and checking for updates. However, I'm still unable to log in. I'm having trouble accessing my account.
