Pirate Storm Account Closed for Bot Use - Game Items Deleted After Refund Request

On September 8, 9, and 10, 2025, I made a total payment of ₺10,500 via credit card for the game Pirate Storm. However, shortly after, my account was closed on the grounds of “bot usage.” My account remained suspended for about three months, and when it was finally restored, I discovered that my most important in-game items had been deleted. During this period, I contacted customer service to request a refund for my payments, but I have not received any response. I have a complete record of all my payment details, and I am aware that many other players have faced similar issues with this company. I request a full refund of my payments and that users be clearly informed about such practices in this game.
