I Need Bigo Live to Restore My Wrongfully Suspended Account

My Bigo Live account with the ID “lamiafavolaseitu” was suspended today, 28 May, on the grounds that I allegedly violated the platform rules. I kindly ask you to review my situation, because this suspension is the result of an unintentional incident related to the health condition of my sister. I have a sister with a disability, who sometimes suddenly takes the phone from my hand. Today she pulled the phone from me without me realizing what was happening, and in that moment some actions may have been carried out on my account that were interpreted as a violation of the rules. I want to emphasize that I had no intention of breaking any Bigo Live rule and I did not knowingly perform any prohibited actions on the platform. I have already contacted Bigo Live support twice and explained that this incident happened because my sister, who has a handicap, unexpectedly took my phone, and that everything was accidental and without bad intent. So far, I have not received a clear solution, and I am very worried because I have invested time and effort in this account and I care a lot about it. I have been using this account for 8 years and I would be very grateful if you could take this long history into consideration. I respectfully ask you to reactivate my Bigo Live account “lamiafavolaseitu” and to reconsider the suspension decision, taking into account my special family situation and the fact that this was not a deliberate violation. I kindly ask you to give me one last chance, and I also promise that from now on I will be much more careful with my phone and I will avoid using Bigo Live when my sister is around, so that such a situation will never be repeated.
