Bigo Support Ignored My Hacked Account Recovery Requests
My Bigo account, which I created using my phone number, was stolen on 05/24/2026, and since that day I have completely lost access to it. When I open the app, I see that another person’s account has somehow been linked to my phone number, and I can no longer reach my own account.
Whenever I try logging into the application to recover access, the system continuously throws me out and does not allow me to select or continue with my real account. I submitted complaints to Bigo through email and also reported the issue on Bigo’s official page, but so far my problem has not been resolved and I have not received any response.
My stolen account contained more than 53,000 diamonds that I had accumulated over time. I demand that both my account and the diamond balance inside it be secured, that ownership of the account be returned to me, and that my phone number be removed from the incorrect account and reassigned to my original account. Since this issue is urgent, I expect a response and resolution as soon as possible.
