BIGO LIVE Account Banned for Prostitution Allegation I Deny

I am a BIGO LIVE user and I normally access the platform from my Android phone. My account with the username “পন্ডিত রাজা” (UID: ............) has been subjected to a long‑term account ban and a device ban, and I would like to request a detailed review of this decision. According to the punishment notice, my account has been banned from 31.12.2024 19:48:15 until 29.12.2034 19:48:15, and my device has been banned from 02.01.2025 19:28:05 until 02.01.2026 19:28:05. The listed reasons include “Bangladesh diversion special crackdown”, “account login ban”, “prostitution”, and “user block result – device ban”. I was shocked and very disappointed to see such serious allegations and such a long ban period. To the best of my knowledge, I have never intentionally violated BIGO LIVE’s Community Guidelines and have never engaged in any activity related to prostitution or other prohibited content. I believe that this decision may be the result of a misunderstanding, a false report, or a system error. I have invested a lot of time, effort and money into this account over the years, and suddenly losing access to it with a 10‑year ban has been extremely distressing for me. My main request is that my account and device ban be manually reviewed in detail by your team. I kindly ask you to check my account activity and system logs carefully. If any mistake or misunderstanding is detected, I respectfully request that you lift both the account ban and the device ban and restore my account. If you decide that a full unban is not possible, I request that you at least reconsider the severity of the punishment and significantly reduce the duration of the ban. If the ban is based on specific evidence, I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the exact reason and which actions were considered violations so that I can fully understand the situation and make sure I comply 100% with BIGO LIVE’s rules in the future. I have always enjoyed being part of the BIGO LIVE community, and I sincerely hope you will give me a second chance by re‑evaluating this punishment.
