I Face a False Suicide and Adult Content Ban on BigoLive
On 03/06/2026, while using the BIGO LIVE application, I was doing my usual music livestream. At one point during the broadcast, I leaned to the side and coughed, and when I turned back toward the screen, I discovered that my account had been given a one-year streaming ban for allegedly containing “suicide and self-harm content.” Despite the fact that my livestream absolutely contained nothing related to such content, an extremely severe punishment was applied for a completely unrelated reason.
I first reported the situation to my family management and the agency I am connected with, and one of my SVIP3 supporters also had the matter reviewed through the SVIP center. From there, I was informed of even more serious accusations, including promoting suicide, encouraging prostitution, and being associated with pornographic groups — allegations that are completely disconnected from reality. I am simply a broadcaster who streams music peacefully, and there has never been any content in my broadcasts that could support such accusations.
I also contacted the support team through the in-app feedback section and requested evidence or proof regarding these allegations. However, I was told that they could not directly provide me with any evidence, screenshots, or recordings. No proof has been shared with my agency either. Applying a one-year streaming ban based on such serious accusations without presenting a single concrete piece of evidence is an extremely unfair and arbitrary action.
As a broadcaster and user with ID number 600191461, I demand that all accusations against me be thoroughly investigated, that the relevant livestream recordings be reviewed again, and that any screenshots or video evidence allegedly supporting these accusations be openly shared with both me and my agency. I request the removal of this unfair and unsupported one-year streaming ban, the complete removal of these accusations from my account history, and a formal explanation and apology regarding the treatment I have experienced throughout this process.
I respectfully request that this arbitrary and evidence-free suspension be reconsidered, that my account be restored to its previous condition, and that the necessary actions be taken urgently.
