BIGO LIVE 1-Year Live Ban for “Sexual Content”: Appeal Request

I am a user of the BIGO LIVE application and on 2026/09/28, while I was starting my live broadcast, my account’s live function was suddenly banned automatically. Shortly after, I received a notification stating that my live feature was restricted for 1 year due to “sexual content”. During my live, I did not show any bad or sexual pictures or videos and I was not doing anything that could be considered sexual content. Despite this, my live function was blocked and I was given a very heavy 1‑year penalty. I find this situation unfair and believe that the ban was applied by mistake. I contacted BIGO LIVE support and submitted an appeal through the in‑app system about the “Live Function Banned” issue. However, my live function is still restricted and the problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that my account and live broadcasts be reviewed in detail, the unjust “sexual content” decision be lifted, and my live function be restored as soon as possible.
